Plant Supervisor / Lead Plant Operator £34,800 + Profit Share Bonus + Premium Overtime + Progression Site Based in Exeter with some travel to sites across Devon.

On offer is the chance to join a growing business who will support your continued progression as you play a key part at one of their major sites in Exeter.
The South West based commercial recycling company are at the forefront of their industry, and due to continued success and growth, they are looking for a new leader.
Within this autonomous role, you will be the right hand man to the Operations Manager, supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of their sites across Devon; including operating and maintaining plant machinery.
