CK Group are looking for a Program Director, Pharmaceutical Development , to join a well-funded clinical stage Immunology biotech.
This will be a hybrid role, requiring you to be on-site in Oxford, two to three times a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES: As Program Director, Pharmaceutical Development you will be a core member of the Development Team, delivering strategy and execution within time and budget.
Key duties will include: Creation, maintenance and monitoring of integrated plans, tracking activities and deliverables against strategic plans, identification and facilitation of sourcing issues.
Provision of specific project management support for R&D deliverables to the Development Team and associated Project Teams.
Working closely with colleagues in preclinical and clinical development, CMC, Translational Science and Commercial.
Provision of management oversight for product planning processes and liaison with the Program Management function to ensure development, implementation and management of Portfolio & Program Management methodology.
Project management of corporate projects and functional initiatives as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS: As Program Director, Pharmaceutical Development you will require: A relevant life science degree.
Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience of the program management of drug products in clinical development.
An in-depth knowledge of drug development and commercialisation processes, project / program team functions and interdependencies.
Ability to facilitate collaboration and agreement across functional and geographical boundaries.
BENEFITS: Around £120,000 base salary plus excellent benefits.
