We are now looking for a Graduate or Postgraduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities: - Assist with cost management, budgeting, and financial control of construction projects.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and contracts.
- Monitor and report on project costs, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Assist with the preparation of bills of quantities and valuations.
- Help with the negotiation and administration of contracts.
What We're Looking For: - A recent graduate or postgraduate in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A genuine passion for the construction industry and delivering high-quality results.
