Job Description: We are looking for skilled international Coach Builders to join a reputable team in the Australian coach building industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the assembly and fabrication of coach bodies, working with a variety of materials and components.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble and fit body panels, windows, and other coach components according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Use welding, fabrication, and hand/power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
Ensure all components are properly aligned and meet quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on finished products.
Collaborate with team members to solve assembly or fitting issues.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with industry regulations.
What the Client is Looking For: Proven experience as a Coach Builder or in a similar role within the automotive or transportation industries.
Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with accuracy.
High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
A commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards.
