Our client are a small successful business looking for an organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to manage communication between clients and our engineering team and to support daily office operations Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Coordinator • Act as the point of contact between external clients and engineers.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Organise and schedule planned maintenance and call out services.
• Write / respond to emails.
• Read engineers reports and convert them to invoices.
• Create quotes.
• Order materials and stock.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Research new deals and suppliers and maintain contact lists.
• Chase clients outstanding invoices.
• Book- keeping / reconcile payments.
Key Competencies of a Maintenance Coordinator • Proven experience in admin, ideally in a similar role • Knowledge of office management systems such as SharePoint, Outlook etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of systems such as Xero, Hubdoc and simPRO would be a strong advantage Due to the large volume of applications we receive for each position we will only be able to respond to applications received with the relevant skills.
