The team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client service.Job Description: As a Commercial Solicitor you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:To advise clients upon the legal aspects of their existing and proposed commercial contracts and arrangements, including IT, IP and data protection issuesTo prepare or assist in the preparation and negotiation of complex commercial transactionsTo support our corporate teams in the completion of corporate transactions including undertaking buyer and vendor due diligence and advising on associated transactional documents (e.
