Teaching Personnel is excited to launch our Graduate Future Teachers Training Programme, designed to help you embark on a rewarding career in teaching.
This unique opportunity will allow you to gain invaluable experience, enhance your teaching skills, and receive tailored training, all while working in schools across the country.
Key Responsibilities: Support classroom teaching across a variety of subjects and age groups, under the guidance of experienced teachers.
Plan and deliver lessons and activities, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Work closely with students to help them meet their academic goals, both individually and in groups.
Assist with assessments, marking, and tracking progress to ensure students' development.
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to support the wider school community.
Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to further your teaching skills.
What We're Looking For: A recent graduate in any subject (or a final-year student).
Passionate about pursuing a career in teaching and helping students succeed.
Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
No previous teaching experience is necessary, but a genuine interest in education and working with children is essential.
