Position: Full-Time Temporary Support Administrator - National Probation Service Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extending Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am -12:30pm 17.5 hours per week Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour Job Description: We are currently seeking an organised, motivated case administrator to support the admin team based in Wrexham.
Support Worker role to assist a Senior Admin Officer in all administrative aspects.
Inputting data onto Probation systems.
Assisting with administrative tasks with use of Microsoft Packages - Teams, Word, Excel.
Assisting with entering/exiting vehicle (guide legs from car to chair) and bring the electric scooter from office to car.
Requirements: Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
