The Stag is a traditional pub perfectly situated on the waterside of the Cemaes Bay, Anglesey.
This stunning pub has 3 main rooms that consist of a bar, snug bar & pool sport area, all areas are suitable for dining and the pub operates its own food offer that you get to keep 100% of the takings from, and is popular with both locals and tourists.
This seasonal pub is very popular and the busiest period is from Easter onwards, there is huge potential and scope for the right Operator and food is the growth area due to popular demand.
The Stag would benefit from regular entertainment and pub activities.
If you are Wesh speaking it would be an advantage however not essential.
The pub is currently taking on average £6,000 wet sales per week however with the right operator driving the sales should be doing over £10,000 wet sales plus up to £4,000 on the food side during the height of the season.
