Job Title: Senior Manager – Analytics Engineering We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our UK-based data & analytics engineering team.
About the Role In this critical position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative data solutions focused on improving healthcare delivery across Best Buy Health's business units.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of data engineers, fostering a positive work environment that encourages self-organisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage and integrate technologies across cloud and open-source platforms, including Snowflake, Redshift, dbt, Airflow, Ni Fi, and Databricks.
Oversee projects related to care delivery data, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of data solutions.
Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to align with Best Buy Health's overall data strategy.
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will require: 10+ years of relevant experience in data science, health informatics, or computer science, with 3 years of management experience.
Experience with Python, dbt, Airflow, and SQL.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, particularly in dynamic environments.
