To find out more, visit About the opportunityAs Safety, Health and Environment & Quality Assurance (SHE/QA) Administration Officer youwill be focused on administrative and secretarial support for the site which will include Safety System management, filing, setting up meetings and day to day admin tasks and documents management.
Detailed responsibilities are found in the Position description, which is available upon request and include, but are not limited to: Providing Administration support for the SHE system.Assisting and administering Damstra data entry and assisting with Rapid inductions.Entering safety incident reports into the central database.Establishing and maintaining efficient systems for storing and retrieving information i.e.
both hard and electronic copy.Assisting in the formulation and implementation of the Management Plan for the site.Actively participating as a member of the team to move the team toward completion of goals.Preparing reports for review as required.Management of the site training matrix.Monitoring quality systems to ensure compliance to technical and quality standards.
About You: Credible experience in a similar admin focussed role.Experience in a similar industry (infrastructure, construction and mining industries) is preferred but not essential.Excellent customer service and organisational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong computer skills.
