Job Description Salary: £60k OTE (Uncapped) Location: Leeds, UK Teem is a leading headhunting firm specializing in Go-to-Market (GTM) roles for Software Scale-ups.

We also partner with VC's (Venture Capitalists) such as Index Ventures, Atomico, and Dawn Capital.
Your Role: As an Account Executive, you'll engage with A-players in Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You'll build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional talent.
What You'll Do: Understand client growth plans.
Deliver strategic consultation.
Engage and attract A* passive talent in a competitive market.
Cultivate diverse, culture-driven teams.
Enable global scaling.
We Offer: Fast-track onboarding and ongoing training.
Competitive base salary and uncapped commission (£80k-£100k+ OTE).
Quarterly and annual incentives (including trips abroad).
