Job Title: Level 2 Teaching Assistant Pay Rate: £83.81 per day Location: Birmingham (Sutton Coldfield) Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Primary School in Birmingham, starting January 2025.
Benefits of working as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant: Weekly pay Flexible working arrangements Free CPD training opportunities Holiday pay A dedicated consultant to ensure you are satisfied with your work  Job Requirements for this Level 2 Teaching Assistant role: Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Previous experience supporting children with SEN needs (ASD, PMLD, SLD) A proactive and patient approach to learning support Availability to start full-time work in January 2025  This role involves supporting children in a primary SEN setting with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).
You will play an essential role in creating an inclusive and supportive environment to help students thrive.
About Smart Education Smart Education is a specialist Education and Early Years agency, recruiting for both permanent and temporary roles including Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEND specialists, Nursery Nurses, and Tutors.
