Our deep understanding of various change methodologies and frameworks has established us as a trusted partner for organizations at every stage of their transformation journey.The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team, specializing in placing interim professionals across all types of transformation initiatives:Developmental Change Process improvement projectsSkills enhancement programmesSystem upgrades and optimizationContinuous improvement initiatives Transitional Change Digital transformation programmesMergers and acquisitionsOrganizational restructuringNew system implementations Transformational Change Culture change programmesOperating model redesignBusiness model transformationStrategic repositioning initiatives Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific transformation needs across developmental, transitional, and transformational change programmesDevelop expertise in various change management frameworks and methodologies, including: ITIL for IT service managementCOBIT for IT governanceSix Sigma for process improvementCOSO for risk managementAgile and Waterfall methodologiesLean management principlesChange management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
Source and engage contractors with expertise in specific frameworks and methodologies based on client requirementsConduct thorough assessments of candidates' experience with different change types and methodologiesMaintain an active network of transformation professionals including: Change Management SpecialistsProcess Improvement ExpertsSix Sigma Black BeltsITIL PractitionersDigital Transformation ConsultantsProgramme DirectorsBusiness AnalystsPMO Specialists Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years' experience in contract recruitment, preferably within Business Change and TransformationUnderstanding of various change management methodologies and frameworksAbility to match contractor expertise with specific transformation requirementsProven track record of successful contractor placements across different types of change initiativesStrong understanding of the contract market, IR35 legislation, and contractor engagement modelsDemonstrated ability to hit and exceed revenue targets consistentlyExperience in managing contractor extensions and redeploymentsStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting if desired Benefits Package Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structureHigher commission percentages for contract placementsFlexible working arrangements - choose between our Manchester office or full remote25 days annual leave + bank holidaysPrivate healthcare coverageProfessional development budgetEnhanced pension schemeRegular team social events and incentive tripsMental health and wellbeing support Career DevelopmentWe believe in growing our own talent.
