We're seeking a Finance IT Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing team.
Reporting to our Head of Business Applications , you will be responsible for delivering the IT solutions & integrations to support the Finance business processes This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from out of our offices in Shalford, Guildford or Leamington Spa, Warwick.

  What you'll do ·        Lead the implementation and enhancement of Finance SAP 4/HANA modules from an IT perspective ·        Work closely with the Finance Systems Manager, Finance Business Process owners and Subject Matter experts to develop and optimise the end-to-end business processes ·        Translate requirements into viable process solutions in SAP 4/Hana & other financial systems that are aligned with the business strategy and goals, solution principles and using standard functionality ·        Analyse existing Finance processes and identify areas for improvement & optimisation ·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of the SAP 4/HANA solution with other business applications ·        Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows ·        Support the Finance team with implementing the controls, roles and compliance across various Finance systems ·        Configuration & setup of Finance processes in SAP 4/HANA ·        Work with Business Change for Adoption on aspects such as Business Change impacts Identification ·        Provide comprehensive functional support and ownership of Finance IT Processes ensuring that all modules meet the evolving needs of the business ·        Conduct unit testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
·        Manage the documentation, training materials, and user guides for all integrated systems, ensuring consistent and accurate information is available across teams ·        Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilisation of SAP 4/HANA Who you are ·        Proven experience of SAP 4/HANA implementations, configuration & customisations ·        In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and MM (Materials Management).
Following Certifications would be advantageous o   S4FCF_2023 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Central Finance o   C_S4FTR_2023 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Treasury o   C_TS4CO_2023 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Management Accounting ·        Analytical skills to evaluate complex business problems and design effective solutions ·        Deep understanding of the IT processes & Financial data to support the Finance function ·        Able to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate discussions between diverse teams ·        Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating clear and comprehensive documentation and an ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, present requirements and processes in a clear, logical manner ·        Experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders across multiple locations ·        Experience of using a broad range of business analysis practices to support change delivery   About Us Forseven is building something new.
