Job Description Join Guild Care as a Relief (Bank) Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our Head Office and Care Homes
Location: Worthing - across all Guild Care sites Hours to cover: Care Homes: Monday-Friday, 13:00-18:00 | Saturday & Sunday, 10:00-17:00.
Head Office: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00.
Salary: £11.48 per hour Main Duties: Provide a caring and high standard of customer service to all visitors and staff.
Efficiently and effectively answer and respond to incoming calls and emails, triaging and signposting as required.
Meet and greet visitors and deal with any enquiries, signposting as required.
Assist with administrative duties as required by administrators/services.

Essential Candidate Criteria: Experience of working in an administrative/receptionist role.
Demonstrates a high level of customer service.
Possesses active listening skills and the ability to provide correct information when asked.
Well-organised and comfortable working in a busy environment with a varied workload.
IT skills at a level required by the role.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Works well as part of a team and on own initiative.
Ability to provide a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
Desirable Candidate Criteria: Ability to demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and an unwavering commitment to the delivery of outstanding services.
About The Role As a Relief Receptionist reporting to the Head of Admin & Governance Services, you will provide a welcoming and efficient reception service to all visitors and staff, including answering and triaging telephone calls, responding to email enquiries, meeting and greeting, and signposting to appropriate services.
Additionally, you will assist with administrative duties as required.
This is a relief/bank role.
As such, Guild Care may ask you to cover Receptionist duties at short notice.
Hours cannot be guaranteed.
