Flexible People Ltd are urgently seeking a full time warehouse operative with a reach licence for or client based in Droitwich (WR9).
This is a full time, Sunday to Thursday position & the shift timings are 2100pm-0600am *Immediate starts available* *Please note that you must hold a valid counterbalance licence to apply for this role.
* This role is for our well known, industry leading client that specializes in the distribution of wholesale cleaning products.
The main responsibilities of the role are: - To efficiently operate a Reach forklift to move materials within the warehouse.
- To load and unload vehicles using a forklift.
- To transport materials to designated areas in the warehouse.
- To maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- To inspect and perform basic maintenance on the forklift as needed.
- To adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- To Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe workflow.
- To assist where needed throughout the warehouse.
Our requirements: - We require all candidates to hold a valid externally accredited Counterbalance licence and hold prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

All applicants must be well presented, own black or navy work trousers and t-shirt, a high vis vest and safety boots.
You will be representing the company so excellent customer service and communication skills are also of high importance.
You will need to be physically fit as the role requires lifting.
All applicants must have a national insurance number and be able to speak fluent English with a good ability to read and write.
Pay rates are £13.38 per hour You will be required to fill in some paperwork electronically before you start.
