SHEQ Co-Ordinator Crewe | On site£35,000 per Annum BenefitsOur client is an established and growing business looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic SHEQ Coordinator to join their team.
The role is on site 5 days a week and will work as part of the Operations and Facilities team.Responsibilities Assist in managing all QHSE disciplines (HSMS, EMS & QMS) within the business to ensure compliance with ISO accreditors through a process of continuous improvementProvide accurate and timely day to day QSHE advice and guidance to colleagues, customers and other stakeholders as requiredEnsure audits are performed in a timely fashion and corrective actions are measured effectivelyMonitor the scheduling and completion of all QHSE audits and provide updates on progressContribute to ESG strategy through supplier governance and addressing any issues of non-complianceSupport compliance testing of tools & equipment (PAT, Calibration & Lifting Equipment) is undertaken in line with regulationsEnsure subcontractors are fully compliant with company safety policies and work safely whilst on siteMonitor company policies and objectives ensuring they are being implemented effectivelySupport local line managers with ownership of accident & incident reports to ensure completeness and consistencyEnsuring departmental KPI's are compiled in a timely fashion and distributed to key stakeholders within the businessSkills Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.Ability to develop and implement safety programs and training sessionsStrong health & safety focus with attention to detailFlexibility and adaptability to changing regulatory requirements and operational needs are also importantWant to recruit a similar role?Cast UK is a leading executive consultancy, providing national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
