Randstad Construction & Property are working with a global Facilities Management company who are seeking an experienced, time served electrician to carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across Inverness.
Location: Inverness Salary: Up to £45,000 Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, mobile Covering Retail and Banking contract across IV Postcode Key benefits: Electric Van provided with personal use permitted Tools & Uniform provided PDA & work mobile phone provided Job security, joining the UK`s number 1 FM company Electric Charging Point installed for free provided you have off road parking at home Charging the van at your house, the cost is covered by my client to your electric supplier Extensive in-house training and development schemes provided.

Plenty of overtime available at agreed rates: 1.5: Mon-Sat.
2.0: Sun.
3.0 for Bank Holidays.
Call out standby fee: £115 Able to use staff discount schemes at shops and retail outlets Key Benefits Summary: Pension: 5% Paid Holidays - 25 days + 8 Statutory Bank Holidays Electric Van (Fuel card with personal use included within reason) Overtime paid at higher rates (Including any over the contracted 40 hours) All certificates that need renewing or obtaining are funded Duties: Carrying out general tasks and electrical PPMs Emergency lighting testing Monitoring the BMS system Finding faults and reactive work when required Complying with health and safety legislation/policies Providing a quality service to customers and contract holders Participating in the call out rotaAn ideal candidate will have: Formal Apprenticeship and formal trade qualifications in an electrical field A City & Guilds or equivalent in electrical installations or similar 18th Edition IEE Wire & Regulations Experience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry An ideal candidate will be: A team player Flexible and patient Able to understand complex information and demonstrate attention to detail Able to remain calm and professional, communicating strongly Someone with a can-do attitude Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
