You'll be working on….
(what your role and responsibility is) Lead with impact -Take ownership of the financial and contractual performance of a flagship project, ensuring goals are met and value is delivered.
Collaborate for success - Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and teammates to deliver seamless project outcomes.
Innovate with integrity - Use your expertise in NEC contracts to manage change, resolve challenges, and drive efficiency.

About you….
(what you are skilled at) A proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in civil engineering or highways projects.
Strong understanding of NEC contracts and cost performance monitoring.
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent).
Membership in RICS or CICES (desirable).
Resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
