Working at Butlin's in as part of our Sports team means being part of a big-hearted team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday.
Typical working hours cover a minimum of 24 hours per week, five days over seven, with shifts between 8.30am - 9pm.
You will be running session for our guests from pottery painting, football, archery, mini golf and booking sessions in our Leisure Hub.
There may be times you support our Accommodation team or other departments to support the wider resort, meaning this role could fulfil full time hours.
About You We are looking for someone who likes to work as part of a team, is comfortable and confident to talk to our guests and enjoys working in a busy environment and can dial up the energy when it's required.
You should have a positive outlook and a 'can do' attitude with a passion for delivering a high level of service and will always strive to exceed the guest's expectations.
The ideal person will preferably have FA Level 1, Archery GB ERCA and High Ropes qualifications, however, full training can be provided for someone with a creative and outgoing personality, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills partnered with a fundamental interest in sports coaching.
This job role requires you to be over the age of 18.
