Preconstruction Manager

Job Description Overview: As Pre-Construction Manager, you will drive the winning bid strategy by devising the most innovative, efficient, highly persuasive and economically advantageous solution, ensuring our customers' expectations are met and, wherever possible, exceeded.
As a member of the Senior Management Team you will contribute to and influence the Regional level strategy and performance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate true leadership, managing the delivery of successful bids and projects through all stages of pre-construction: early engagement, tender and preferred bidder/second stage up to full contract award, and successfully transfer projects to the operational team.
With a proven track record of successful projects, you will be responsible for leading projects through pre-construction ranging in value from £15m to £100m+ across a range of sectors, including Healthcare, Public Sector, Higher Education, Leisure, Commercial and Residential.
You will be able to work in an agile way depending on the demands of the role, working from our office in Bromsgrove, as well as attending Client meetings, site visits and project meetings across the Midlands region.
