What You'll Do: * Guide prospective buyers through the sales process, providing expert advice and support.
* Showcase our high-quality developments and create exceptional customer experiences.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
* Manage and progress sales from initial inquiry to completion.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on CRM systems.
What We're Looking For: * Essential: Proven experience working as a Sales Advisor with a housebuilder or property developer.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving results.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work weekends as part of your weekly schedule.
* A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
