Safety, Health & Environmental Trainer - Birmingham, England In a Nutshell… We have a fantastic opportunity for a Safety, Health & Environment Trainer to join our team within Vistry Services.
As our Safety, Health & Environment Trainer, you will be someone who can help us become a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO) to enable us to deliver in-house Site Safety Plus training courses.
A team player who is confident and approachable, forward thinking, diligent & enthusiastic.
Willing to travel within the UK although many of the courses will be held via video link allowing for agile working.
The most common locations for in-person training will be, Coleshill, Exeter, Reading and London, however, this is not an exhaustive list and further travel may be required.
Once we become a CITB ATO you'll be responsible for delivering site safety plus training courses and a suite of internal bespoke training courses including, traffic management, on-boarding for build teams and general safety awareness.

Delivery of internal SHE related training courses to Vistry staff.
Review and update of CITB and internal training courses to keep in line with Vistry SHE Framework and any legislation updates etc.
