Role Details: Position: Full-Time Year 5 Teacher Location: Oxford Start Date: January 2025 Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver the Key Stage 2 curriculum for Year 5 students, tailoring lessons to meet the needs of all learners and fostering individual progress.
Classroom Environment: Create an engaging and positive classroom where Year 5 students feel confident, valued, and motivated to participate.
Skill Development: Promote literacy and numeracy development through well-structured lessons that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Social & Emotional Support: Support students' social and emotional growth, helping them build resilience and strong relationships.
Progress Monitoring: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain open communication with parents to ensure continuous support for each child's development.
