As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will be at the forefront of our mission to create tailored, impactful learning experiences that improve results for our world-renowned clients.You will sit within Nazaré our leading Learning & Capability brand.
We create learning experiences that inspire an immediate and lasting change in performance.You will collaborate with our clients, subject matter experts (capabilities and scientific) and learning & capabilities team to create solutions that are engaging and aligned with our clients' organisational goals.
Your expertise in instructional design, learning technology and engagement will help shape our solutions.You will report into the Director of LXD What you'll do …Implement Learning StrategyBe the lead Designer for programmes, delegating tasks to other Learning Experience Designers (LXD).Develop the content outline for non-clinical/scientific self-directed learning assets (i.e.
eLearning, Job Aids, Infographics, User Guides, Playbooks, audio podcasts)Develop the detailed outlines for either live, virtual, or hybrid facilitated learning programmesImplement a programme's designed measurement strategyCreate train the trainer sessions decks/documents and support the client or internal team on delivery of the TTT session Develop Learning StrategyPromote instructional design strategy to develop a learning journey/experience plan that addresses the client's identified needs, pain points or other requirementsParticipate and help lead brainstorming sessions with colleagues from different departmentsExplain to clients our recommended learning experience programme solution to address their needProvide support for developing Proposals / responding to RFQsWhat you'll need to have …Experience in the learning and development field is necessaryExperience developing blended learning solutions (self-directed and facilitated learning), based on adult learning principlesExperience defining clear learning outcomes and then create a learning solution designed to achieve those outcomesExperience writing clear guidance and implementation on delivery of the developed learning solution to the learner audienceExperience developing learning solutions for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is desirable.Experience designing training for sales, core people skills, management is desirablePrior experience either working with a training agency or working at a company that hired training agencies to help develop their learning solutionsExperience developing solutions for different markets and cultures is desirableExperience processing technical and scientific information for training design purposesExperience working with scientific, creative, performance consultancy, teams) to strategize on the best learning solution to address the client's identified needExperience working on multiple projects and within deadlines and work with customers to meet their expectationsExperience using virtual training platforms and online interactive toolsBenefitsGreat compensation package25 days' annual leave plus public holidays, company closure over Christmas plus a personal dayVolunteering leavePrivate Medical InsuranceLife InsurancePension SchemeHybrid working
