SALARY: Competitive Salary & Package LOCATION: HOME BASED (CLIENT OFFICE WEST MIDLANDS) MERJE are pleased to be partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation who are seeking to recruit an experienced Prudential Regulatory professional to undertake the newly created role of Prudential Regulatory Liaison and Horizon Scanning Specialist.
In this role you will deputise for the head of the department and play an integral role in the firm's dynamic regulatory environment, ensuring compliance and strategic foresight.
The role will have regular interaction with the PRA and Bank of England and would suit a candidate who has a Prudential Risk background and looking to broaden their skills and experience in this exciting and unique role.
Key Responsibilities of the Prudential Regulatory Liaison and Horizon Scanning Specialist: Act as the primary point of contact for prudential regulatory matters Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging regulatory trends and potential impacts Develop and maintain relationships with key regulatory bodies Provide expert advice on prudential regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders Contribute to the development of regulatory strategies and policies Required knowledge and experience for the Prudential Regulatory Liaison and Horizon Scanning Specialist role: Extensive knowledge of UK financial services regulation, particularly prudential requirements Proven experience in a similar regulatory liaison or compliance role within the financial sector Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulatory information Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment If you are an experienced Prudential Regulatory Liaison and Horizon Scanning Specialist looking for a challenging role in a dynamic financial institution, we want to hear from you.
