We're looking for a General Manager for a food-led, community pub in Ashington.
Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marston's is one of the UK's largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels.
Now, we're on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Old Ash Dene in Ashington and lead the team to success

It is a food-led, family site currently trading at around £25,000 weekly with a 70/30 split in favour of food.
The Old Ash Dene is a large site, surrounded by an outdoor beer garden with parking available.
It's a popular spot for families, and is ideally situated, visible from a main road with surrounding housing, as well as close to a local Asda superstore, meaning plenty of passing trade.
The pub has a strong senior team in place, which includes two Assistant Managers as well as a Head Chef.
The pub is performing well, but with a sales-orientated General Manager, there is scope to drive wet trade further.
There is 3 bed live in accommodation available to the General Manager of this site.
