FP&A Analyst | Outskirts of Maidstone mostly home working | £40k - £50k DOE We are working in partnership with one of the fastest growing FMCG businesses in their market, who have a superb opportunity for a FP&A Analyst to join their rapidly expanding team.
As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial analysis, forecasting and planning for a number of group businesses in order to support the financial strategy and the continued success the business.
This analysis will work cross functionally across the business and play a key role in steering decision making.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities Weekly sales performance analysis and forecasting Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align financial goals with business strategies Prepare consolidates sales forecasts Prepare and analyse financial reports, forecasts, and budgets Support (not run) the monthly and quarterly close processes Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership What Were Looking For: 2+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within an FMCG environment Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Desirable: experience of Power BI and Anaplan TPBN1_UKTJ
