How You'll Make a Difference As an IT Enablement Delivery Lead, you will lead, direct and control the delivery of one of a number of feature teams in an agile and iterative manner within the IT Enablement Value Stream.
Overseeing the planning & delivery of the right products to meet customer expectations and ultimately deliver incremental value and cyber security risk reduction.
What You'll Bring • Extensive experience in an Agile delivery, leading an agile/scrum team • Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques & methodologies (e.g.
JIRA, Confluence).
• Demonstrable delivery experience across a range of Infrastructure technologies • Commercial experience and managing delivery via 3rd party suppliers • Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring experience with the ability to manage and motivate team • Strong dependency management and effective resolution of risks and issues to drive successful outcomes • Excellent communication with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Maintains networks with a diverse group of stakeholders to support the delivery of projects and champions the CIO Function.
