Responsibilities Oversee all operational activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operational staff.
Analyze key performance indicators and manage operational budgets.
Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, safety regulations and mechanical engineering.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
