If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to really make a difference with great job satisfaction in a fast dynamic and thriving team, then come and join our Integration Platform team here at Nationwide. We are at the centre of the society's tech strategy and the focal point for our current and future Kubernetes platform.
As a Kubernetes Engineer, you will be working in delivery teams building and maintaining OpenShift container platforms to provide strong and resilient business solutions. You will be involved at all stages from design, build, configure, test, and support. Ongoing training is important and the opportunity to increase skills in automation technologies such as Ansible and Terraform is encouraged.
At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK-wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.
For this job, you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part-time, you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our London, Swindon, Northampton, Sheffield, Dunfermline, Bournemouth, or Wakefield office.
