Key Responsibilities: Process patient scan data using segmentation software and 3D CAD to design custom medical devices.
Collaborate with surgeons to develop patient-specific surgical tools and anatomical models.
Operate and maintain 3D printers, ensuring high-quality medical device outputs.
Manage design, manufacturing, and quality processes under ISO 13485 standards.
Collaborate with surgeons to design custom medical devices and provide in-surgery assistance.
Essential Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in FDM, SLA, and PolyJet 3D printing technologies.
Experience with segmentation software like Mimics or Simpleware.
Knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures, particularly in orthopedics.
Prior experience designing patient-specific surgical guides using CAD software.
