Our client is looking for a Commissioning Home Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new luxury care home in East Lothian.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role from day one, shaping the future of a high-end care facility within a growing care organisation.
With a competitive salary starting at £65,000+ per annum, this role includes an excellent bonus structure, ample opportunities for career advancement, and a generous holiday package.

Our client, a leading Scottish care provider, is known for its commitment to delivering exceptional, resident-focused care in smaller, home-like settings.
They offer a supportive environment where you can leave a lasting impact, with the autonomy and trust to lead in a meaningful way.
As a Commissioning Home Manager you will: Increase occupancy in a new, luxury care home Contribute to forming and heading a new a team Keep profit and loss within budget Oversee daily operations and management of the home The Commissioning Home Manager package includes: Annual salary of £65,000 which is negatable Pension scheme.
Generous holiday allowance.
Company pension scheme Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG The ideal Commissioning Home Manager will have: Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role.
Nurse Qualified is preferable Knowledge of Care Inspectorate and Local Authority requirements.
Excellent management skills.
Evidence of Good, or Outstanding Care Inspectorate inspections If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and have the skills and experience for this role, wed love to hear from you.
