Hospitality Manager The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.
Salary: £30,000 Hours: 40 Hours per week Shifts- 9-5pm ( Days) Sponsorship currently unavailable The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Manager in Sudbury.
You will have proven experience in a similar role within a Care Home, Hotel or Hospitality environment, and you know about the relevant laws, regulations and policies, like employment and health and safety legislation.
You will use your excellent people management and communication skills to provide residents with an outstanding experience.
Your role will encompass overseeing all aspects of hospitality operations, from ensuring a healthy living food service and an engaging activities programme, to making sure that housekeeping and maintenance operations are at the highest level.
This role could be for you if you have: Previous experience with a hospitality background Excellent communication, motivational and people skills.
Genuine interest in engaging our residents and their families on a regular basis.
Organisational skills with good time keeping.
This is not a desk job
