Business Development Manager (Microsoft/MSP) Location: Cambridgeshire (Flexible working with one day in the office per week) Salary: £70,000 base with £200,000 OTE About the Company : A leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Cambridgeshire is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company that specialises in delivering top-tier Microsoft products and services to the mid-market sector .
Key Responsibilitie s:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and market penetratio n.Identify and target mid-market clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business need s.Promote and sell a range of Microsoft products and services, leveraging the company's extensive portfoli o.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfactio n.Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on long-term client relationships and repeat busines s. Ideal Candida te:Proven experience in business development, specifically within an MSP environme nt.Demonstrated success in selling Microsoft products and solutio ns.Strong understanding of the mid-market sector and its unique challeng es.Excellent communication and negotiation skil ls.Ability to work independently and as part of a te am.Flexibility to work from the office once a week, with additional flexibility for the right candida te.
