What is the job?
As Team leader you will be responsible for the safe operation of plant and equipment on a 24/7 shift pattern covering our  processing site and dryer operation.
Possessing strong leadership qualities will help you achieve your daily KPI targets and being an effective communicator will be key in ensuring operatives understand what is required of them on a daily basis.
The Team Leader will ensure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to, reporting incidents promptly and taking corrective action where necessary.
We will provide you training for issuing permits to work and managing contractors attending site, along with managing the environmental procedures for site.
There will also be a requirement to attend additional training courses as part of your development.
