An Exciting Opportunity for a Family Solicitor in Essex We are partnering with an established and forward-thinking law firm in Essex, to find an experienced Family Solicitor to join their dynamic and supportive family law team.

Role Overview: As a Family Solicitor, you will play an integral role in helping clients navigate difficult family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic abuse cases.
Your work will be varied and rewarding, with the opportunity to make a real difference in clients' lives by offering clear and effective legal advice during some of their most challenging times.
Key Responsibilities: Handling a diverse range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody disputes, financial settlements, and domestic abuse cases Providing clear and empathetic legal advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the process Drafting and negotiating pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, and cohabitation contracts Representing clients in court, including hearings, trials, and interim applications Supporting clients through sensitive family matters, ensuring they feel heard and supported Contributing to the departments growth by building and nurturing client relationships Keeping up to date with developments in family law and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations Key Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of experience in family law Strong understanding of divorce, financial settlements, child law, and domestic abuse cases Ability to handle sensitive and complex matters with empathy and professionalism Proven experience in managing a varied caseload and working independently Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients A proactive approach to developing new business and contributing to the teams success Why Work Here?
