Integreon are seeking motivated Junior and Senior Analysts to support a banking client in reviewing 4,000 vendor contracts relevant to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
This project involves identifying pertinent contracts, updating or generating specific data fields related to these vendors, and creating a comprehensive DORA register.
Contract Analyst - Onsite at clients offices in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Leeds Responsibilities and Duties - Review and analyze vendor contracts to identify those relevant to DORA.
- Update and generate specific data fields related to vendors.
- Create and maintain a DORA register.
- Collaborate with bank stakeholders, including contract managers, legal teams, and EU legal entity representatives.
- Navigate a high volume of documentation with strong attention to detail.
Required Skills/Abilities - Experience in banking is preferred.
- Knowledge of procurement, third-party risk management, contract management, and DORA is advantageous.
- Familiarity with program management and stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (German and French) are a plus, with the ability to read and understand legal documents in these languages.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents.
- Motivated, driven, structured, diligent, reliable, and able to work independently.
