Email Marketing Executive (Mat Cover) – This Works The Opportunity At This Works we create clean, targeted skincare and wellness solutions that work in harmony with your body clock 24hrs a day.

The Email Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the eCommerce Growth Marketing Manager and eCommerce Director in achieving the revenue goals set for the DTC channels.
This role also assists with day-to-day email marketing and affiliates or all This Works.com websites; to maximise commercial performance whilst providing the best customer experience.

Responsibilities   Email Marketing and Retention Full ownership of all email marketing including Klaviyo platform and functionalities on an ongoing basis to support the UK & US Marketing calendar through CRM channels Be responsible for creating engaging and dynamic end-to-end delivery of emails executing in a timely and effective manner including BAU trading emails, email automation and all email touchpoints with our customers Support all existing customer initiatives and customer journey Website Content (Shopify) - set-up of blogs, special landing pages, quiz etc CRM GWP set-ups and stock and budget management Emails - brief, plan, create and maintain all trading emails, automated emails (with manager oversight), marketing emails, any CRM activations, subscription emails and transactional Shopify emails  Email- all segmentation and audience required for any email marketing and retention campaigns in google and Facebook Set up test & learn strategies (AB testing in particular) to optimize emails.
Ownership of reporting this back to business Customer initiatives creating email best practices and making recommendations across the business Own email reporting Support team reporting requirements i.e.
monthly business updates, daily sales and weekly reporting Any other duties as required to support the Direct channel.
CRM & Customer journey Support on Growth Marketing Manager on CRM strategy Brand specialist for all CRM channels Support in planning and running our VIP programme VIP/CRM Bounce back cards and Direct Mail support Support the UK & US Marketing calendar through CRM channels (email, DM, partnerships) On-site customer experience, Subscriptions, reviews, UGC Support, quiz Support CRM reporting Support CRM activations with customer services team Others Support GDPR and SAR process Be a team player.
Extending Support on website operations and CS during peak/busy times and support on the resolution of major incidents What We're Looking For in Experience Educated to degree level desirable.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within and ecommerce environment.
2+ years' experience in email marketing, ideally in an eCommerce environment.
Proficiency with Klaviyo (certifications preferred) and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics .
Strong understanding of email best practices: segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and compliance.
Experience with Shopify and SMS platforms is a plus.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A self-starter with a passion for beauty, wellness, and customer-centric solutions.
Details This is an initial 6-month maternity cover contract with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing team.
