Chartered Landscape Architect Location: Chelmsford/Guilford Salary: £40-45K DOE Sterling Arrow is recruiting on behalf of our client, an award-winning architectural practice delivering large-scale residential developments.
Expanding into landscape architecture, they seek an ambitious professional to join their team.
The role involves supporting the landscape director with planning and design projects and collaborating with architects, urban designers, and technicians to deliver landscape-led masterplans for national and regional housebuilders.

Ideal candidates will be Chartered Members of the Landscape Institute with 3+ years' experience or on the Pathway to Chartership, demonstrating strong design, technical, and organisational skills.
Core responsibilities will include: Supporting the landscape director with the delivery of landscape planning and design projects.
Preparing landscape design drawings, including masterplans, hard and soft landscape drawings, and details.
Carrying out site visits and photography.
Preparing LVIA-related baseline plans.
Preparing or contributing to reports and written work, including landscape assessments and Design and Access Statements.
Key skills/qualifications should include: Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute.
3 years+ experience working on landscape projects.
Hunger to learn and develop as a professional.
Design flair and technical knowledge.
Good organizational skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
The role will offer the candidate a working arrangement of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, with a package to include: Salary commensurate with experience.
23 days holiday + Christmas period shutdown (2/3 days) + bank holidays.
