You will be tasked with managing end-to-end payroll operations for numerous employees on both a weekly and monthly basis.
Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in ensuring accurate calculations of wages, overtime pay, deductions, and benefits.
You will also play an integral role in maintaining up-to-date employee records in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Your ability to review timesheets accurately and resolve discrepancies will be highly valued.
Additionally, you will administer pension schemes and benefits while ensuring correct deductions are made.
Your role extends beyond daily tasks as you assist with year-end payroll duties such as issuing P60s, P11Ds, and other tax-related documents.
Your excellent interpersonal skills will come into play as you respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation and reporting requirements will also fall under your purview.
Lastly, you will support the preparation of payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors while collaborating closely with HR and finance teams on any payroll-related matters.
