Job Title Hygiene Manager | Location Watnall, Nottingham So what's it all about? As our next Hygiene Manager, you will love a challenge and will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment where you will be at the heart of the day-to-day operation within the hygiene department.
You will be a good and firm communicator with a passion for developing your team allowing them to deliver best-in-class standards within our bakery.
You will be truly dedicated with an excitement for rolling your sleeves up, understanding the operation and building key relationships with colleagues across the site.
This role is about being part of a business with a strong culture and a real sense of togetherness, working alongside a committed team responsible for driving the highest cleaning standards. This hands-on role will require close collaboration with colleagues across the site and the hygiene team to ensure a smooth-running operation.
Your main responsibility will be to supervise the day-to-day activities in the hygiene department, following the site's schedule and risk assessments. You will also manage in-house pest control and coordinate site shutdown cleaning programmes with the site's management team.
