Our client is committed to ensuring their financial processes run smoothly and are looking for a dedicated Reconciliations Clerk to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis.The RoleAs a Reconciliation Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all of the business's accounts and transactions are processed and reconciled accurately and in a timely manner.
This on-site position requires you to work 4 hours per day, with flexible hours that can accommodate personal and childcare commitments.Key Responsibilities• Accurately process and reconcile all accounts and transactions• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy• Utilise Excel to manage and analyse financial data effectivelyDesirable Skills• Competence in Excel and other financial software• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation• Strong organisational and time-management skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Local residency in or near Sheerness, as this is an on-site positionBenefits• Competitive pay at £14.
