As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented Paid Social Manager to join the team and take ownership of their paid social media campaigns.
The Role: As a Paid Social Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across various platforms.
Collaborating with a dynamic team, you'll ensure campaigns meet performance goals while delivering exceptional value to their clients.
This is a hybrid role, so you must live within commuting distance of Bournemouth.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to meet client objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, analysing data to optimise for ROI and client satisfaction.
Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide regular performance updates.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad content tailored to target audiences.
Stay updated on paid social trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 2 years of paid social experience, ideally (but not essentially) within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
Skills: Strong proficiency in paid social platforms and analytics tools Results-Oriented: Proven track record of managing campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes.
Creative Thinking: Ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with creative teams.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Location: Based near Bournemouth or within commuting distance for a hybrid working model.
