Job Title: Roadside Recovery Driver Fed up with routine tasks and seeking a challenging role that provides job satisfaction?
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and confident individual to join our team as a Roadside Recovery Driver.
About the Role: As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe recovery of vehicles on the roadside.
Your duties will include: Arriving at the scene of an incident in a timely manner, ready to assist customers and provide support when needed.
Partnering with customers to understand their needs and provide reassurance during difficult situations.
Utilizing your expertise to solve problems and recover vehicles safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Working independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
Adapting to new technology and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements: A full driving category C license (HGV 2) is essential, with CE (HGV 1) license also highly desirable.
A valid Driver CPC qualification and digital driver's/tachograph card are required.
The ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, is necessary.
What We Offer: A competitive salary, with a guaranteed minimum of £36,440 per annum for CE (HGV 1) license holders and £33,160 per annum for C (HGV 2) license holders.
A location allowance is included in the salary package.
