We are seeking a new member of our ambitious team to continue building the success of Digby, by helping to deliver world-class engagement with our customers.
The role offers a unique opportunity to bring your own personal touch to the growth of the Digby brand.
Responsibilities As Digby's Tasting Room Assistant, you will:  Hospitality Tasting Room Hospitality To be deputy to the Tasting Room Manager Take proactive role in hospitality during special events Help with pairing plates food preparation Cover Tasting Room when Tasting Room Manager is absent  Help with Tasting Room operations, restocking, customer service, etc.
Winery operations – possible for interested candidates to take part in occasional winery processing operations Trading Events - Where needed to help out with trading events to promote the Digby brand.
Requirements Key Skills Passion for customer experience and product quality An eye for detail – it's the little things that make the difference Prior hospitality experience helpful but not required Team player mentality, with flexibility and willingness to take initiative and pitch in Willingness to learn on the job Clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred Wine industry experience helpful but not required Benefits This role is based in Digby's luxurious headquarters and Tasting Room in Arundel, West Sussex, BN18 9AJ Working with us Being a part of our small, entrepreneurial team means being part of a creative and collaborative environment on the one hand, and an independent and inventive one on the other.
