Job Role: As a Science Teacher , your responsibilities will include: Full classroom responsibilities, including planning and marking, following the National Curriculum .
Delivering engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.
Maintaining excellent behaviour management to ensure a productive learning environment.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to drive student achievement.
Monitoring and supporting individual pupil progress to help them reach their potential.
Required Skills and Experience: To be successful in this Science Teacher role, you must have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
Strong subject knowledge in science, with the ability to deliver the National Curriculum confidently.
Proven experience in behaviour management and fostering a positive learning environment.
A passion for teaching and inspiring students to succeed.
Working as a Science Teacher for Flourish Education offers excellent benefits, including: £160 - £224 per day, equating to £31,200 to £43,680 per annum based on working full-time for a school year.
The option of PAYE or Umbrella payments.
Holiday Pay – PAYE candidates accrue 12.07% of their day rate into a holiday pot.
Pension Contributions.
Free KCSIE-compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training, including modules on legislation, FGM, and abuse.

Location: This Science Teacher position is based in Stourbridge, easily commutable from Dudley, Halesowen, Kingswinford, Kidderminster, Brierley Hill, and Wolverhampton.
