Role Responsibility In this role, you will: Conduct product sampling and testing to ensure our products meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Keep accurate records and analyse data to support product improvements.
Build relationships with customers, technical teams, and other departments.
Assist with investigations into customer complaints to identify solutions.
Tackle both indoor and outdoor tasks – it won't always be glamorous, but your safety is our top priority.

A good communicator – Able to collaborate effectively with operational teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Detail-oriented – Capable of maintaining accurate records and delivering high-quality work.

Additional Requirements Qualifications: GCSEs A-C (9-4) in English and Maths are preferred, but GCSEs D or equivalent will also be considered, with additional support provided.
Applicants must be willing to work both indoors and outdoors, adapting to the challenges of each environment.
