Key Responsibilities As the Erection & Commissioning Bid Manager , you will: Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating site-related topics within the bid team.
Collaborate with the Pre-Delivery Manager to define optimal setups for project execution.
Develop comprehensive estimates based on contractual data, scope of work, and financial requirements.
Analyze technical specifications, drawings, bills of material, and historical data to accurately calculate project costs.
Prepare detailed cost estimations in alignment with the work breakdown structure and code of accounts.
Negotiate with customers, subcontractors, and consortium partners to achieve favorable outcomes.
Work with a mentor to enhance your skills and participate in a high-performance program.
What You Bring We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills: Educational Background: Minimum GCSE level 4 or above, including Maths and English.
Experience: Proven experience working on substation or HVDC construction sites, ideally in a leading capacity.
Advanced understanding of construction and commissioning concepts is essential.
Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, planning, and detail-oriented capabilities.
Teamwork: A collaborative team player with intercultural sensitivity and a commitment to quality and results.
Proven Track Record: Ability to meet deadlines and handle complex project requirements effectively.
